A question, grounded

The conversation surface looks, at a glance, like any chat window. What is different is the order of operations behind it. A question typed here does not go straight to a model. It goes through the knowledge base and the graph first, and only reaches a model carrying whatever those two tools found — or carrying nothing extra at all, if the question genuinely did not call for it.

The practical effect is that an answer can be traced back to a source rather than accepted on the model’s general confidence alone. Ask about a decision made in a document from eighteen months ago, and the answer arrives with that document named, not reconstructed from a model’s best guess at what such a decision usually looks like.
